The Starfall Chronicles are a series of science fiction stories that begin with the novella Blue Shift: A Starfall Chronicle. Blue Shift is the story of how and why an alien law officer named Shen came to live on Earth.
When tasked with the mission of recapturing a hijacked interstellar prison ship, Shen’s impulsive cowboy-like actions gave multiple alien convicts the chance they needed to escape to our little blue planet. Now, these extremely dangerous extraterrestrial fugitives are running around on Earth, doing God knows what to whoever they please, and no one can stop them, other than Shen, his android partner Seesix, and a few Earthlings destined to become Shen’s closest allies ever.
